I'm an individual practitioner and employee of the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy (a 501c3 organization). Currently, I see clients online (tele-health) anywhere in California.

What is Buddhist and Gestalt psychotherapy like with me,
Chris Doorley (Doorley Therapy)?

I respond to the whole person when I meet with them, an approach known as 'Gestalt Therapy'. And, I always pay close attention to signs and symptoms of anxiety, burnout, sleep issues and stress. I'm experienced supporting people who've had difficulty navigating a fulfilling, balanced life. This including intermittent or chronic trouble with sleeping, relationships, and creativity. Most people reach out to me to explore &or manage :

Rediscovering Creativity
Career / Job Burnout

High-Stress Environments
Addiction Recovery ( Abstinence )

Chris Doorley AMFT, Doorley Therapy in California

I am a practitioner of both Gestalt Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. To support my work with clients, I have two ongoing daily practices: meditation and breath work. Consequently, I'm pleased to offer free consultations. This way I can ask you what brings you into therapy at this time, and answer any of your questions about my approach. If you'd like to send me an email, click "Contact Chris Doorley" below. Or, if you're ready to schedule, click here for a FREE CONSULTATION.
